The short version

Temple Holidays is a free editorial site with a newsletter, contact form, Themes, Examples, journal, and resources. Some future links may earn affiliate commission and will be labeled if they appear. Everything on the site is copyright Temple Holidays unless cited otherwise. If we ever disagree, English law applies.

What you may use

You may read the Themes, Examples, journal, budget guides, audience pages, policy pages, and resource previews. You may use the ideas, checklists, and editorial frameworks for your own short-term rental operations. You may quote short passages with a link back.

Affiliate disclosure

Some future links may point to amenities, tools, and services we recommend. If an affiliate link appears, it will be labeled in line. If you buy through a labeled affiliate link, Temple Holidays may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.

We never recommend something we have not used or independently verified. We do not accept payment for placement. Brands cannot buy their way into the sourcing lists.

Copyright

Every article, Theme page, Example page, resource preview, framework, and script we publish is copyright Temple Holidays and Antonin Cohen unless explicitly cited otherwise. You may use the content for your own short-term rental operations. You may not republish, resell, bulk-copy, or train a commercial model on the site content. Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is welcome and encouraged.

Quotes from third parties remain copyright of their original authors. We cite sources beside every claim that matters.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape the site at speeds that knock it over.
• Republish Temple Holidays content on another site.
• Use the content to train a commercial language model.
• Send unsolicited email to the contact form.

If the misuse is serious enough, we may block access, contact the relevant service provider, or seek civil remedies. We have not had to yet.

Limits of what we promise

The Temple Holidays catalogue is editorial opinion grounded in research. It is not a guarantee of return on investment. Short-term rental performance depends on jurisdiction, market saturation, condition, photography, operations, and a hundred other variables we cannot see from here. Use the content as a starting point and do your own underwriting.

We make no warranty that any theme will produce any specific revenue lift. The data points we cite are sourced and dated. The frameworks are tested. The outcomes are yours.

Liability cap

If you use Temple Holidays content and lose money on a property, that is not on us. Our maximum liability to you is zero to the fullest extent allowed by law. If you need stronger guarantees, hire a consultant.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described separately in our privacy policy. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell anything, and we will delete you on request.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page. If the change affects newsletter subscribers, we may also send a notice by email.

We may make minor corrections (typos, clarifying language, updated email addresses) without notice.

Disputes and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be settled by email will be resolved in the courts of England. If you are a consumer in the EU and a different rule applies in your jurisdiction, that local rule controls.
