Terms of service.

The short version

You can refund a library subscription within fourteen days, no questions. Some links to amenities and tools earn us a commission, and we say so beside each one. Everything on the site is copyright Temple Holidays unless cited otherwise. If we ever disagree, English law applies.

What you are buying

A library subscription unlocks the full version of every theme page on this site: sourcing lists with affiliate links, welcome scripts, cleaner SOP additions, listing copy templates, photo specifications, and per-tier upgrade paths. One unlock grants access to all forty-eight themes.

Two tiers:

• Lifetime, $79 one time. Access never expires. You receive every update we publish for as long as the site exists.
• Monthly, $9 per month. Access while the subscription is active. Cancel anytime. No refunds on partial months.

Pricing may change. Anyone who has already paid keeps the rate they signed up at. We will not raise the price you are paying retroactively.

Refunds

Library lifetime: full refund within fourteen days of purchase. No questions, no forms, no proof of dissatisfaction required. Write to [email protected]. Refund hits your card within three to five business days.

Library monthly: cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds on the current month, but no future charges either.

After day fourteen on the lifetime tier we generally do not refund, but if you genuinely got nothing of value from the library, write to us. We are reasonable people.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links in our paywalled theme content point to amenities, tools, and services we recommend. When you buy through those links, we receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Every affiliate link is labeled in line. We disclose because the FTC requires it and because hiding it would corrode the only thing that makes the catalog worth reading.

We never recommend something we have not used or independently verified. We do not accept payment for placement. Brands cannot buy their way into the sourcing lists.

Copyright

Every article, every theme page, every cleaner SOP, every welcome script we publish is copyright Temple Holidays and Antonin Cohen unless explicitly cited otherwise. Subscribers may use the content for their own short-term rental operations. You may not republish, resell, or train a model on the paywalled content. Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is welcome and encouraged.

Quotes from third parties remain copyright of their original authors. We cite sources beside every claim that matters.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Share your library login with people outside your immediate team.
• Scrape the site at speeds that knock it over.
• Republish paywalled content on another site.
• Use the content to train a commercial language model.
• Send unsolicited email to the contact form.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account. If the misuse is serious enough, we may seek civil remedies. We have not had to yet.

Limits of what we promise

The theme catalog is editorial opinion grounded in research. It is not a guarantee of return on investment. Short-term rental performance depends on jurisdiction, market saturation, condition, photography, operations, and a hundred other variables we cannot see from here. Use the content as a starting point and do your own underwriting.

We make no warranty that any theme will produce any specific revenue lift. The data points we cite are sourced and dated. The frameworks are tested. The outcomes are yours.

Liability cap

If you use Temple Holidays content and lose money on a property, that is not on us. Our maximum liability to any subscriber, for any cause whatsoever, is the amount they paid us in the previous twelve months. This is the standard publisher limit. If you need stronger guarantees, hire a consultant.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described separately in our privacy policy. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell anything, and we will delete you on request.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects what you have already paid for, we will email every active subscriber before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, ask for a refund and we will give you one.

We may make minor corrections (typos, clarifying language, updated email addresses) without notice.

Disputes and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be settled by email will be resolved in the courts of England. If you are a consumer in the EU and a different rule applies in your jurisdiction, that local rule controls.
