The Welcome Script Template
A plain-text script set that works in Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable, Guesty, OwnerRez, or a manual inbox. It is warm without being clingy, specific without becoming a novella, and easy for a co-host to adapt.
What it includes
- Arrival message with directions, first action, and tone-setting welcome.
- First-night check-in that catches problems before the review does.
- Departure note that asks for care without sounding like a rulebook.
- Small edits for solo guests, families, couples, and groups.

- Arrival: "The first thing to do is put your bags down and open the left-hand curtain. That is the view we built the room around."
- First night: "Quick check before you settle in: is the room warm enough, is the wifi behaving, and did you find the tea shelf?"
- Departure: "Before you leave, please pull the door closed until you hear the latch. We will handle the rest."
