What we collect
We collect your email if you subscribe, and your name, email, and message if you contact us. Google Analytics 4 records aggregate usage such as pages viewed, approximate location, device category, and referrer. Cloudflare and server logs record ordinary request data, including IP address, browser, URL, and time, for security and reliability.
Who handles it
- Resend sends email and stores subscriber details.
- Cloudflare protects and delivers the site.
- Google Analytics provides aggregate usage data.
We do not sell personal data or use advertising cookies.
Retention and your choices
Subscriber details stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Analytics events expire after fourteen months. Security logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary.
You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Use the contact page; we respond within thirty days. UK and EU residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.

You may read the site, use its ideas and checklists in your own rental operation, and quote short passages with a link back. You may not republish, resell, bulk-copy, disrupt, or use the content to train a commercial model without written permission.
